I liked this item, and gave it to my 3yr old daughter. I got the Toddler size which says would fit up to 5yr olds. The Helmet was fine, but the pads were too tight. Too small, she wore it for 30 mins and it left her a mark. She complained about it. So I will be buying her the bigger size.
