Got this for my 7 year old son for Christmas. He IMMEDIATELY fell in love. He spent every spare moment riding his scooter, which he felt was so much better than just a boring Razor. Well, guess what? The Razor his brother has had for 7-8 years never broke. He rode the scooter in to the garage to park, picked it up by the handle as always to help pull it into its parking spot, and the handle came out of the fork above the wheel. No big deal, right? WRONG. Now I am a very handy woman, and I have plenty of tools, but between my husband and I we COULD NOT fix this scooter. Called Customer Service, but they were really very unhelpful.
