I bought this scooter for my granddaughter for her 4th birthday. It's terrific. We've had none of the problems I've seen in reviews for other scooters--this one rolls smoothly, rolls a l-o-n-g way with a good push, is stable, and just top-notch in every way. She loves it so much her parents say she never walks anywhere in the house anymore--she scoots.
