We got this stroller after our dog was recovering from vestibular syndrome, a kind of mini-stroke that impairs balance. We weren't sure if he would cooperate with it, but it was a fantastic tool for getting him out. We could take him to parks and forests and he could save his energy till he got where he wanted to be. It was great for his mental health to be able to get out, see friends and play. I modified it slightly, undoing the sloping seat, supporting the bottom and putting in a thick foam exercise pad.
