Got this much-anticipated scooter for my 10-year old son. Out of the box the steering column wouldn't turn freely and made this hard to ride. Called Razor "customer service" and was told - after 3 tries - that it was the headset that was over-tight and that I should loosen it with a headset wrench. Implied visit to the bike shop to get it loosened. That solved, it turned out that the rear fender brake rattled and rattled, as did the handlebars, and possibly where the deck meets the front wheel hinge. Even on smooth pavement. After about a week of use, my son was so fed up with the annoying rattling that he pretty much gave up on this. Am returning and would not recommend. Seeing how happy other people have been, we may have gotten a lemon, with some assembly issues at the factory, but would not risk it again.Get more detail about Razor Cruiser Scooter.
